Training Course for Talitha Kum’s Leader

The international network of consecrated life against trafficking in persons Talitha Kum, in partnership with the Pontifical Antonianum University, launches the first training course for Talitha Kum’s Leaders.

From January 2018 to March 2019, the training course will offer to the participants a unique occasion to acquire skills for developing and refining professional and relational capacities essential for collaboration in and management of the Network’s activity.

Addressed topics include, among other contents, leadership models, work in network, planning and development, budget management, communication, and fund raising. The course contents will be treated according to the principles of faith, gratuitousness, reciprocity and subsidiarity, essential to elaborate a leadership model for an inter-congregational and inter-institutional network.
